Next TCS Gathering
Hey all!
Hope you guys are having a great week! If not, don't fret because God is always by your side through good and bad times. :)
Just to keep you informed, we are NOT having TCS gathering this Wednesday (although technically we meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month). However, we WILL be meeting next Wednesday! :D
So look out for finalized details on Facebook and in here on what we will be doing next week!
Until then, may the peace of Christ be with you!

We are family
We had our first official meeting last Wednesday! Praise the Lord!
Although we got off on a bumpy start, it was an eye-opener to realize and to remember the rich heritage we have in the Catholic Church.
As our speaker Jessica said, "We are a family."
This reminds me of a joke I once read:
The Priest of a parish asked his deacon to help put him on the phone with the Superior of the nuns. So the deacon called up and a nun answered.
He said, "Hello, Sister. Brother here. Is Mother in? Father would like to speak to her."
Good Catholic joke, no? :P
Anyway, stay tune for updates on the next meeting! And we hope to see you there! God bless and have a great weekend!
psst! don't forget to go for Mass!

God is our heavenly Father;
Jesus the groom;
the Church His Bride;
the Pope our spiritual Father on earth;
Mary our Mother;
and all the angels and saints in heaven with all the Catholics around the world... we are brothers and sisters in Christ!

TCS first meet!
Greetings from TCS!
First of all, response from our recruitment drive has been fantastic. Praise the Lord! And it's really great to have all of you to be part of TCS! :)
And to add on to that great news, we'll be having our very 1st TCS meeting this coming Wednesday! We know that some of the schools are having their semester break, and some of you are still in LCS, yet to come over to our green green lake :p
Nevertheless, we would still like to invite all of you to our meeting. The details are as follows:
Date: 14 April 2010 (Wednesday)
Time: 5.00 - 7.00pm
Venue: Lecture Theater 3, Lakeside Campus
Please do feel free to bring along your friends, but as a courtesy please inform them that there will be a short Praise and Worship session at the beginning of it :)
And don't worry if you can only make if halfway, you are all still very most welcomed!
On another note, we would really appreciate it if you could RSVP your ATTENDANCE on our Facebook group (EVENTSs tab), regardless whether you're attending, maybe attending, or not attending. This will most definitely help us in our preparations. For those who have FB and yet to join us, seek us out by searching for Taylor's Catholic Society.
PS: If you need more details or clarification, please do not hesitate to post a message on the FB. Additionally you could also contact us on..
In the meantime, we're really looking forward to meeting all of you at our 1st meet and pray that all goes well! :)
God bless and have a great week ahead!!
Serving in Christ,
TCS

Lastly but not absolute final, TCS will be a place of personal development for all Catholic students as all programmes and activities will be planned and executed in line with the following seven principles:
- To be sound in the Word of God
- To be committed in Prayer
- To be passionate in Love
- To be nourished by the Sacraments
- To be filled with the Holy Spirit
